How to backup iPhone without first deleting all data?
Don't worry, you don't loose all your data. You can choose "Set up as new iPhone".
Nothing gets synced or deleted after clicking this option.

- Connect your iPhone and run iTunes on your Mac
- Right-click on the iPhone icon which appeared on the left side and click "Backup"
