How to associate a command with files that have no extension (Regedit)
To add shell menu entries for files with no extension, use this registry branch:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.\Shell]
Example:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.\Shell\OpenNotepad]
