What is the best way to make a conference call/broadcast video from an iPhone?

This is the scenario: there's a wedding and a couple of friends can't make it, because we're in different countries. One friend is willing to transmit the wedding live with his iPhone, but we haven't found anything that allows us to conference call (Facetime and Skype conference call seem to not be supported on iOS devices, but I'm not sure).

There's five of us that want to be connected simultaneously, perhaps the best option is to "broadcast" the call to a service such as justin.tv?
