Can I transfer my achievements along with my save?
I don't think you will get the achievements because you played it with his Steam account and not yours. I think you will get all the achievements you earn after that save point, though.
You will not get any achievements for loading a save, because the save has no information about what achievements have been unlocked. Unlocking an achievement is not recorded anywhere except Steam itself.
