How to host a video conference with VLVC?

I just found out that you can use VLC and VLVC to hold video conferences between 2-10 people, and that sounds amazing, hopefully removing the heavy lean on Skype.

Can anyone tell me how to set up VLVC for video conferencing? I can't seem to figure it out right now. I am sure it is easy, but I just seem to be stuck at the moment.

This project is still in Beta. You got to http://sourceforge.net/projects/vlvc/ and install the plugin in vlc. When you run the plugin you can attach to the IP hosting the conference, or host one yourself. You will need to put yourself in the DMZ of your router so that you can host a conference or forward the chosen ports.
