Where can I find Bluetooth Received folder?

They are in /home/username/Public (in Ubuntu 13.04).

Ubuntu 14.04:
If you configure Bluetooth file transfer using the "Personal file sharing" settings (gnome-file-share-properties), your files will be located at your Downloads folder.
