Prevent VPN Disconnection message OSX
This worked for me:
sudo nano /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/preferences.plist
Find the vpn connection you want the disconnect-dialog to go away and set the key “DisconnectOnSleep” to 1 (instead of 0)
