Can I make Windows recognize an NTFS partition on the same device as Linux partitions?
Solution 1:
For some reasons the USB controller, Intel(R) USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.20 (Microsoft) in Windows 10 has broken for the OP.
Please try to delete it in Device Manager and search for new devices.
