Where is Internet Explorer located on Windows 7?
Press the start button, and start typing "Internet Explorer". It should pop up at the top of the list.
From there, you can drag and drop it as a shortcut to your desktop or wherever you want to put it.
On 64-bit:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
On 32-bit:
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
