Ubuntu 16.04 takes excessive Boot Time [closed]
Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit is taking excessive Boot Time i.e. 30 sec.
I used systemd-analyze
command in Terminal and this is the result:
Startup finished in 9.000s (kernel) + 21.111s (userspace) = 30.111s
Then, I used systemd-analyze blame
and this is the result:

How to minimize the current Boot Time?
30 secs sounds good if you don't have SSD (mine is 48sec) . Try disabling some applications from the Startup Applications program. Also take a look at these services:
Disable bluetooth.service if you don't use bluetooth by executing
systemctl disable bluetooth
and you will gain about 1 sec.The
cmdavd.service
andcmdmgd.service
must be from the comodo antivirus (and I guess you want it running), if not then remove it and you will gain about 5.5 secs. The
apparmor.service
takes a bit much time (mine takes about 500 ms) but I guess you shouldn't disable it for security reasons and I didn't find any more information on the internet of how to make it faster. You can runsystemctl status apparmor
andjournalctl |grep apparmor
commands to see some info but I don't think you will understand any of it, at least I don't :P
All else seem normal.
