Can the Finder Dock be fixed to show all icons of aliases instead of some?
I was able to work around this by dragging the folder out of the Dock to remove it, then dragging the folder back from the Finder into the Dock. I'd still love to know if there's something that would fix it in place, but this is working for me now.
