No package mongodb-org available
I think you try to add exclude directory from /etc/yum.conf to prevent future updates
for example:
exclude=mongodb-org,mongodb-org-server,mongodb-org-shell,mongodb-org-mongos,mongodb-org-tools
But above line need to be added after perform install mongodb-org:
sudo yum install -y mongodb-org
