Network files automagically adding themselves to offline files cache
Solution 1:
On the \server\some share\ properties > Advanced Sharing > Caching, you need to specify "Only the files and programs that users specify are available offline".
Instead of "All files and programs that users open from the shared folder are automatically available offline".
