Partition Issue with Windows 8.1 Installation

@Bill, you're right. The problem was related to the fact that when I prepared my USB drive for Windows installation, I didn't make the UEFI compatible partition. I couldn't do it even if I wanted to, because I used Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool which doesn't support this. So now, I used Rufus instead, changed the UEFI/BIOS settings so that it boots from UEFI partition and the installation was a breeze. Installer made those partitions it needed, like system reserved and recovery, I set the size of what will later become a C: drive and was able to use the rest for my second partition.
