Can you configure AWS Console for your time zone?

Open the CloudWatch console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/cloudwatch/.
In the navigation pane, choose Dashboards and select a dashboard.
Choose custom.
From the upper corner, choose UTC or Local timezone.
