Word to describe the unknown future [closed]

To combine the concept that something will happen in the unknowable future into one (neutral) word, I suggest nominalizing an adjective, for example:

the unforeseen

unforeseen (adj.)

Not anticipated or expected : not foreseen : UNEXPECTED m-w
