Arrow keys and delete key not working

I am an Acer user and have the same problem with you. I have already tried your suggestion, but the problem still occured. I have another helpful solution.
Type sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration into a terminal, then select Acer laptop as the keyboard model, then restart your laptop.
