Unexplained and persistent "OS X 10.13 is not supported" dialog
The problem is with the docker application.
This comes from Docker. Click the docker icon in the bar and choose Preferences. Uncheck Automatically check for updates. Click Apply & Restart. It should go away after changing this setting.
