Macbook Air stuck at start after update to 10.15.3

I solved this problem finally:

  1. Boot into recovery mode and install os on external usb hdd
  2. Login to new OS and access original internal hdd
  3. Locate library -> extensions and delete all .kext files
  4. Shutdown, disconnect external hdd and boot
