Is it possible downloading Nvidia drivers on windows that is installed on Mac? [closed]
Drivers, in general, are a type of software designed to facilitate communication between a piece of hardware (in this case, an nVidia graphics card) and the operating system (Windows.) If your computer doesn't have nVidia hardware inside, then the drivers won't do much of anything, because they won't be able to find the hardware they expect.
Even if you did have an nVidia card in there, the fact that you're running Windows on Macintosh hardware may introduce further complications. Not judging or anything, but that's a pretty advanced set up all on its own, and likely to cause you plenty of grief if you don't know your way around "under the hood."
I think the easiest solution would be to switch back to MacOS (if the game will run on that - I honestly don't know) or sell this machine and get a proper Windows machine (ideally with a discrete nVidia card in it, if that's what you want.). Even a machine that's a couple of years old should be able to handle current games - maybe not on the highest settings, but acceptable ones - without breaking the bank to afford.
