CPU Frequency Scaling in Unity?
There's a special app-indicator, Cpufreq.
Install Indicator-Cpufreq

There is also a program called jupiter.

- 3 perfomance mode
- disable wifi/bluetooth/touchpad
- change screen resolutions
- rotate the display
