Mojave: possible to disable menubar transparency?
On my MacBook Air (Early 2014) checking the box "Reduce Transparency" does the trick:
System Preferences > Accessibility > Display
It being an older Mac (non-retina) I'm wondering if it works the same on newer Macs with/without retina display.
