Can't throw loot bag in Payday 2 Crime Wave edition Xbox One
Solution 1:
There is another fix but it's not very practical. You have to go into custody and be free'd.
Solution 2:
You probably threw the coke away while healing with the doctor's bag. Go back to the place where you threw your doctor's bag and there you'll find the coke that you have to throw into the helicopter. This happened to me too.
