So and so is the most "bakiest" person I know! She's so good at baking!

What word could feasibly replace "bakiest" which I obviously made up. :)

The general adjective would be dexterous (or dextrous) because you need skilled hands to be good at cooking and baking. Dexterous is not usually used directly to describe a person who is good at cooking, it is used to emphasize cooking skills within the context; so it wouldn't be an exact fit for your example but you can rephrase your sentence.
