Solution 1:
I finally found a solution!
You have to remove and purge the pkgs and install it again like that:
sudo apt remove --purge atftpd
sudo apt clean
sudo apt autoremove
sudo apt-get install atftpd
and update:
sudo apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
