Changing default user for PostgreSQL on Windows 10?
Nevermind I found the answer.

Right click on Windows icon and click “System”

Scroll down to “Advanced System Settings”

Click Environment Variables
-
In “System variables”, click “New”:
Variable Name:
PGUSERVariable Value:
postgres
