You cannot roll back to 20.04.1 but you can download and install the Ubuntu 20.04.1 iso file (ubuntu-20.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso) from the official Ubuntu website. You can reinstall Ubuntu without losing the data in /home even without a separate /home partition by following the instructions in the following Ubuntu documentation wikis.
