Incompatibility of chip architecture?

Whenever i try to install virtualbox on my Ubuntu machine (arm), it gives me errors like-

Virtualbox-6.1:amd64 depends on zlib1g (>= 1:1.1.4).
 virtualbox-6.1:amd64 depends on python (<< 2.8).
 virtualbox-6.1:amd64 depends on python (>= 2.7).
 virtualbox-6.1:amd64 depends on python:any (>= 2.6.6-7~).

And i think it is because of architecture incompatibility.

I am a relatively new linux user and unable to install most amd64 files, what should i do?

Solution 1:

Virtualbox is a virtualization tool for x86 and AMD64 platforms, and will not run on ARM.

From first Google search result:

VirtualBox is a powerful x86 and AMD64/Intel64 virtualization product for enterprise as well as home use.

See [NotSupported] aarch64 on Virtualbox forums for reference.
