How do you run Pokemon Omicron/Zeta?
Make sure you have installed .Net 4.0 and 4.5, then use an archive program other than the standard Windows one. I suggest 7zip 'cause it's free and works. The Windows extractor can cause issues with unzipping. I had the same problem. When I unzipped with 7zip, the exe launched properly.
