Solution 1:

Workaround available for Chromium browser mentioned on Chromium bugs site.

Running chrome or chromium with --use-gl=desktop bypasses the problem.

Solution 2:

Disable hardware acceleration in Google Chrome by going to 3 dots menu → Settings → Advanced → Disable hardware acceleration.

After that relaunch the browser.
